love and peace

Sitting here in my new house, writing while the machine works on the laundry. Feeling at peace, comfortable, loved, thank you Allah, Allah Maha Besar

there's love and peace
in the birds' song, in the warmth of sunshine, in the beautiful colour of the flowers, and in the greens of trees..

in the smell of the damp earth, in the breeze that caress you, in the blue sky and pure white clouds..

there's love in the weather that yet to decide whether it wants to rain or not..

there's love in little kicks and the heartbeats inside me..

there's love today, and yesterday and days before, and since the beginning of time..

if tomorrow things might not be as peaceful as today, always remember this love, this love that  I'm feeling today..
